បដិវត្ដន៍វណ្ណៈកសិកររបស់ខ្មែររក្រហម ជាមួយនឹងទីក្រុងដែលគ្មានការបង្ខិតបង្ខំ និង ប្រជាជនទីក្រុងបានបព្ជាូនទៅទីជនបទដើម្បីសម្អាតទីក្រុង និង ស្ទើរតែមិនអាចមានភាពខុសគ្នានៃភាពកាន់ទីក្រុងរបស់បក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដវៀតណាមនៅសៃហ្គន។
