The issue whether genocide, as defined in the genocide convention, occured in Cambodia while under Khmer Rouge rule requires a legal determination that all the elements of the crime have been established.
បញ្ហាថាតើអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ដូចបានកំណត់នៅក្នុងអនុសញ្ញា អំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ដែលកើតឡើងនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា នៅក្រោមរបបខ្មែរក្រហម ហើយច្បាប់តម្រូវឱ្យមានការកំណត់ដោយច្បាប់ នៃឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មដែលបានកើតឡើង។
