The problem was that in the Kampuchea report and the summary of the Kampuchea report Amnesty International failed to adequately take into account the continuing existence of the internationally recognized CGDK succesor to the DK.
បញ្ហាដែលមានគឺថានៅក្នុងរបាយការណ៍កម្ពុជា និងសេចក្ដីសងេ្ខបនៃរបាយ ការណ៍កម្ពុជានោះ អង្គកាលើកលែងទោសអន្ដរជាតិ មិនបានយកចិត្ដទុក ដាក់គ្រប់គ្រាន់ចំពោះអត្ថិភាព នៃការទទួលស្គាល់ជាអន្ដរជាតិនូវក្រុមរដ្ឋា ភិបាលចម្រុះកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យដែលស្នងទៅជាកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។
