The issue whether genocide, as defined in genocide convention, occurred in Cambodia white under the Khmer Rouge rule requires a legal determination that all the elements of the crime have been established.
បញ្ហាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍គឺត្រូវបានចង្អុលបង្ហាញនៅក្នុង សន្និសីទអំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ដែលបានកើតមានឡើងនៅក្នុងប្រទេស កម្ពុជានាសម័យគ្រប់គ្រងដោយខ្មែរក្រហម ហើយតម្រូវឱ្យមានការកំណត់ នូវកត្ដាដែលបង្កឱ្យមានបទឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មបង្កើតឡើង។
