General Lon Nol and other high commanders came to the Information Ministry to announce their surrender. Many of the Generals were in civilian clothes. There were a large number of civilians as well, they were high officials, political advisers and heads of parties whose pale faces were evidence of skeeplers night had just been through.
ប្អូនប្រុសរបស់ លន់ នល់ និងមេបព្ជាការជាន់ខ្ពស់ផេ្សងទៀត បានមកកាន់ក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន ដើម្បីថ្លែងពីការចុះចាញ់របស់ពួកគេ។ មានឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍មួយចំនួនបានពាក់សលៀកបំពាក់ស៊ីវិល។ មានជនស៊ីវិលជាច្រើន ពួកគេគឺជាមន្ដ្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ អ្នកនយោបាយ នឹងប្រមុខរដ្ឋ ដែលមានទឹកមុខសេ្លកស្លាំង នេះគឺជាភស្ដុតាង។
