Pon reported to Duch that after receiving his [Duch]advise written in letter dated on September 24, 1976, he tortured [prisoners]by using fine rattans for 20 times in the morning and electric wires for about 20 to 30 times in the evening.
ប៉ុន បានរាយការណ៍ទៅ ឌុច ថាក្រោយពីបានទទួលការណែនាំពី ឌុច ក្នុងលិខិតចុះថ្ងៃ២៤-៩-១៩៧៦ ប៉ុន បានធ្វើទារុណកម្មប្រហែល ២០ រំពាត់ផ្ដៅតូច និងពេលល្ងាចប្រហែល ២០ ទៅ ៣០ រំពាត់ខ្សែរភ្លើង។
