ប៉ុល ពត ជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីនៃកម្ពុជា បាននិយាយនៅឯទីក្រុងប៉េកាំង ក្នុងកម្មវិធីជុបលៀងថា នៅពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន ស្ថានភាពទូទៅនៃបដិវត្ដន៍នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា គឺល្អប្រសើរ ដោយពិនិត្យលើល្បឿនថា ប្រទេសជាតិរបស់យើងមានអន់ថយ ឬអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ល្បឿនយឺតគឺដោយទើបទទួលបានសេរី ពីការបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញដោយសង្គ្រាមរបស់ចក្រពត្ដិសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។
