The State department delivered a lengthy indictment of the Khmer Rouge government to the United Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva. It alleged that the Khmer Rouge have instituted one of the more brutal dictatorships in world history.
ក្រសួងការបរទេសអាមេរិក បានបព្ចោញការចោទប្រកាន់លើរដ្ឋាភិបាលខ្មែរក្រហម ទៅដល់គណៈកម្មាការសិទ្ធមនុស្សរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិក្នុងទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ។ វាបានរៀបរាប់ថា ខ្មែរក្រហមបានបង្កើតរបបផ្ដាច់ការ ដ៏សាហាវឃោរឃៅមួយក្នុងប្រវត្ដិសាស្ដ្រពិភពលោក។
