The Vietnam Foreign Ministry one again affirmed Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa Archipelago, and condemned the Chinese authorities for seriously violating international law on free aviation over the international water.
ក្រសួងការបរទេសវៀតណាមបានបព្ជាក់ពីអធិបតេយ្យវៀតណាមទៅកាន់ ហួង សា អាចឈឺភេលឡាហ្គូ និង ថ្កោលទោសអាជ្ញាធរចិនដែលរំលោភទៅលើច្បាប់អន្ដរជាតិយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរទៅលើអាកាសហចរណ៍ដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ ដែលឆ្លងកាត់ខ្សែទឹកអន្ដរជាតិ។
