President Ford urged Congress to help end the Cambodian tragedy by approving $222 millions in emergency aid. The $222 millions should enable Cambodia to hang on until the wet season when the enemy bogged down in mud and floods; negotiations may follow.
ប្រធានាធិបតីហ្វឺតជំរុញសមាជដើម្បីឱ្យជួយដល់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការបព្ចាប់សោនាកម្មដោយអនុម័ត២២២ លានដុល្លាអាមេរិកក្នុងជំនួយសង្គ្រោះបន្ទាន់។ លុយ២២២លានដុល្លានេះដូចបើកឱ្យកម្ពុជាដើម្បីបន្ដដំណើរទៅមុខទៀតរហូតដល់រដូវសើមជាពេលដែលសត្រូវអាចជាប់នៅក្នុងភក់ល្បាប់និង ទឹកជំនន់។ កាចរចារអាចនឹងកើតឡើង។
