American President proposed a $405 million dollars aid request to help Cambodia refugees. The last foreigners in Cambodia had finally reached the Thai border. Information that the Khmer Rouge had evacuated Cambodians into the countryside that had been spreading.
ប្រធានាធិបតីអាមេរិកបានដាក់សំណើរ៤០៥លានដុល្លារអាមេរិកកក្នុងការជួយដល់ជនភៀសខ្លួនកម្ពុជា។ ក្រុមជនបរទេសចុងក្រោយដែលនៅកម្ពុជាទីបំផុតបានទៅដល់ព្រំដែលថៃ។ ពត៌មានដែលថាខ្មែរក្រហមបានជម្លៀងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាឱ្យនៅរស់នៅតាមតំបន់ស្រុកស្រែត្រូវបានលាតត្រដាង។
