Chhun Chay, working in small cell, division 170, confessed that he indoctrinated Phann Thoeun to join the Free Khmer movement since 1974. Beside that, Chhun Chay did not clarify.
ឈុន ចយ កងតូច កងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា ផាន់ ធឿន ជាមនុស្សរបស់ខ្លួនអប់រំ បញ្ចូលជាខ្មែរសេរីបានតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ឈុន ចយ មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ពីអី្វទៀតទេ។
