ឈុន ចយ កងតូច កងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា ផាន់ ជឿន ជាមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនអប់រំបញ្ចូលជាខ្មែរសេរីតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ចយ មិនបាននិយាយអី្វទៀតទេ។
