Thailand and Cambodia agreed to set up joint trade liaison offices to cover the final round of tasks to reopen trade between the two countries. Trade would be mostly by barter. US dollar and Thai Baht would be used to make up any differences. Thai would provide oil and salt in exchange for Cambodian fish and lambs.
ប្រទេសថៃ និង កម្ពុជា បានព្រមព្រៀងចូលរួមបង្កើការិយាល័យទំនាក់ទំនងពាណិជ្ជកម្មឡើងវិញ ដើម្បីបញ្ចប់កិច្ចការក្នុងការស្ដារពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាង ប្រទេសទាំងពីឡើងចវិញ។ កិច្ចការពាណិជ្ជកម្មច្រើនបំផុតគឺការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរទំនិញ។ លុយដុល្លារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និង លុយបាតថៃ នឹងត្រូវបានប្រើក្នុងរូបភាពខុសៗគ្នា។ ថៃ នឹងផ្ដល់បេ្រង និង អំបិល ក្នុងជំនួញដោះដូរ មកកម្ពុជាមាន ត្រី និង សត្វចៀម។
