The international crime of genocide was committed with deliberate purpose, by the state of democratic Kampuchea in the period between April 1975 and January 1979 within its own territory and against it own people.
ឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍អន្ដរជាតិត្រូវបានប្រព្រឹត្ដជាមួយនឹងគោល បំណងដោយចេតនា ដោយរដ្ឋនៃកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យនៅក្នុងអំឡុងពេល ១៧ មេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដល់ខែ មករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ ជាមួយទឹកដី របស់ខ្លួននិងប្រឆាំងជាមួយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។
