French expressed fear that Khmer Rouge would seek price for the freedom of more than 600 foreign refugees trying to reach the Thai border by truck. An International Red Cross official said he prepared to offer the Khmer Rouge all the assistance they needed to bring the refugees to Thai border.
បារាំង សម្ដែងការព្រួយបារម្ភថា ខ្មែរក្រហមនឹងដាក់តម្លៃសម្រាប់សេរីភាពលើជនភៀសខ្លួនបរទេសប្រមាណ៦០០នាក់ ដើម្បីឈានទៅដល់ព្រំដែនប្រទេសថៃតាមរយៈឡានដឹកទំនិញ។ មន្ដ្រីកាកបាទក្រហមអន្ដរជាតិ បាននិយាយថាលោកបានរៀបចំសំណើរទៅកាន់ខ្មែរក្រហមថា ពួកគេត្រូវការនាំយកជនភៀសខ្លួនទៅកាន់ព្រំដែនប្រទេសថៃ។
