Chhun Chay, working in small cell, division 170, confessed that Kuch Saroeun, Pol Pheng and Loek Sam-An, were networks of Chay because Chay indoctrinated them with treason ideology since 1970. Later, Chay reported Cheam Ny, chief of battalion, division 170 that he built up 3 traitorous forces. Beside that, Chhun Chay did not clarify.
ឈុន ចយ កងតូច កងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា កុច សារឿន, ប៉ុល ផេង និង ឡឹក សំអាន ជាមនុស្សដែលខ្លួនអប់រំកសាងបញ្ចូល ជាខ្មែរសេរីបានតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ក្រោយមកខ្លួនបានរាយការណ៍ អោយ ជាម្នី ប្រធានវរសេនាតូចកងពល១៧០ថា ខ្លួនបានកសាង កម្លាំងក្បត់បានបីនាក់។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ឈុន ចយ មិនមាននិយាយ អី្វទៀតទេ។
