Chhun Chay, working in small cell of division 170, confessed that in 1975, the Angkar had arranged the division 170, and Samret aka Phen, member of Eastern Zone, assigned his Free Khmer's networks to be in charge of the division 170. At that time, Yong was assigned by Samret to hide in division 170.
ឈុន ចយ កងតូច កងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ អង្គការរៀបចំកងពល១៧០ ហើយ សំរិត ហៅផែន សមាជិកភូមិ ភាគបូព៌ា បានចាត់តាំងខ្មែរសេរីរបស់ខ្លួនអោយចូលមកក្ដាប់ កងពល១៧០ ពេលនោះ យ៉ុង ត្រូវបាន សំរិត ចាត់តាំងអោយ មកបង្កប់ក្នុងកងពល ១៧០នេះ។
