Chhun Chay, working in small cell, division 170, confessed that in August 1976, Khiev Tuon introduced Chay to assign Yel Noeun to make contact with the main base at Kraol Ko in order to arrange a new plot. Chhun Chay did not inform Khieu Tuon's activity in details.
ឈុន ចយ កងតូច កងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា នៅខែ៨ ១៩៧៦ ខៀវ ទួន បានណែនាំអោយខ្លួនចាត់តាំង យឹុល នឿន ទៅទាក់ទង មូលដ្ឋានបង្អែកនៅក្រោលគោដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការណ៍ថ្មី។ ឈុន ចយ មិនបាននិយាយអី្វក្រៅពីនេះទៀតទេ។
