Chhun Chay, working in small cell, division 170, confessed that Cheam Ny made contact with Chann Chim and introduced Chim to strengthen Free Khmer forces. In 1971, Chim built up 5 Free Khmer forces and reported it to Cheam Ny.
ឈុន ចយ កងតូច កងពល១៧០ បាននិយាយថា ជាម្នី បាន ទៅទាក់ទង ចាន់ ជីម ហើយណែនាំអោយ ជីម ពង្រីកកម្លាំង ខ្មែរសេរី។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ជីម បានកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីបាន៥នាក់ ហើយបានរាយការណ៍មកអោយ ជាម្នី។
