Chhlang San aka Se, worker of Kampong Som, confessed that Heng, commander of company, special cell, battalion 808, division 310, convinced soldiers to revolt against the revolutionary Angkar. Moreover, Heng received the plot from Heng to disrupt the revolutionary movement, to destroy rice warehouse, Kampong Som port, and to strengthen more traitorous forces.
ឆ្លង សាន ហៅ សែ កម្មករកំពង់សោម បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពី ហេង បញ្ជាការអនុសេនាធំ កងពិសេស វរសេនាតូច៨០៨ កងពល៣១០ ថាៈ បានបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយប្រឆាំង និងអង្គការបដិវត្ដ។ បានទទួល ផែនការពី ហេង អុកឡុកបង្អាក់ចលនាបដិវត្ដ កំទេចឃ្លាំងអង្ករ កំទេច កំពង់ផែកំពង់សោម និងពង្រីកកម្លាំងបន្ថែមទៀត។
