In 1970, Ol and Thoeung conspired together to catch the hidden network in region 25 Keo Sambatt, Vanna and Narin. Later, Ol made contact with Thorl, Than and Chea Kim Seng to bomb in Thmar Da village, Kampong Svay sub-district, Kien Svay district, region 25 in order to destroy provincial town networks. In 1972-1973, Ol assigned So Pum and Sean San to connect with the Vietnamese Labor Party's guideline to lead the authority in order to go against the Communist Party of Kampuchea. Ol released spies imprisoned in the security office and caused to break defending line at Prek Ta Keo village, Street No. 1. In order to extend the liberation land, Ol attended to destroy the Angkar's plan. In 1974-1975, Ol persuaded soldiers run into trench and shot their arm. They assigned Chhoel to kill Pin andNat. Ol prepared forces to do riot in September 1975. Ol hid weapon and convinced soldiers to do farm and to flee home. All the activities of Ol were that Ol received the order from Huot Se to make contact with Thorl, Sok, Chamraen and Chey at region 25.
ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ អុលបានចូលរួមក្នុងផែនការកំ ទេចបក្សពួកខ្សែក្រុង ជាមួយ ធឿង «យួន»ចាប់ឈ្មោះ កែវ សម្បត្ដិ, វណ្ណា, ណារិន, ដែលអង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យទៅកល្ដាប់នៅតំបន់ ២៥ ។ ទាក់ទងជាមួយ ធល, ថន, ជាគឹមសេង ឱ្យយន្ដហោះទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកកំទេចពួកខ្សែ ក្រុងម្ដុំភូមិថ្មដាឃុំកំពង់ស្វាយ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ តំបន់ ២៥។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២-១៩៧៣ បានទាក់ទងជាមួយបក្សពួក សូ ពុំ, សៀន សាន, អនុវត្ដមាគ៌ាបក្សពលករវៀតណាមមកដឹកនាំរដ្ឋអំណាចប្រ ឆាំងបក្សកុម្មុនិស្ដកម្ពុជា ដោះលែងគិញនៅមន្ទីឃុំឃាំងធ្វើអោយបាក់ ខ្សែត្រៀមនៅសមរភូមិព្រែកតាកែវ ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ១ វាយបំបាក់ ផែនការអង្គការក្នុងការវាយសំរុកពង្រីកដីតំបន់រំដោះ។ ១៩៧៤-១៩៧៥ អុល បានចលនាអោយយុទ្ធជនរត់ចោលត្រង់សេ បាញ់ ដៃខ្លួនឯងដើម្បីបន្ថយកម្លាំងប្រយុទ្ធ ចាត់តាំងឈ្មោះ ឆិល ឱ្យចាំ សម្លាប់ ពីន និង ណាត។ អុល បានរៀបចំកម្លាំងត្រៀមធ្វើបាតុ កម្មនៅខែ៩-១៩៧៥ បានលាក់អាវុធ និងចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យទៅ ធ្វើស្រែ ហើយបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ទៅផ្ទះ។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ អុល ទាំងនេះបានទទួលការចាត់តាំងពី ហួត សេ អោយទាក់ទង ឈ្មោះ ធល, សុក ចំរើន និង ជៃ នៅតំបន់ ២៥។
