In 1973, lay man Kang communicated himself with the movement of new party under On, supervisor. On called upon Kang, Choeun and Tham to attend the meeting at region office. The content of the meeting was to listen to the report on the situation and work assignment. In 1974, Sam taking the responsibility for military unit of region 33 was suspected of traitors because there was confession implicated him. At the time, Ta Duch and Sokh said Sam had to be captured. Sam had strong link with On. Therefore, Sam could not be arrested. But On pulled him out and transferred him to regional economy to appease Duch and Sokh. Later on, Sam was arrested and On was sacked from his post as a secretary of Region 33. Accordingly, Kang was in charge of the situation in Takeo and Choeun in Kampot. The new targets were to frantically recruit people and to convince them to flee from village to village, to provoke problem and to strengthen the network. The document stated a number of people implicated in the confession of lay man Kang.
ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ អាចារ្យ កង បានផ្សាខ្លួនជាប់និងចលនាបក្សថ្មី មានឈ្មោះ អុន ជាអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវ ។ អុន បានហៅ កង, ជឿន, ថាំ មកប្រជុំនៅមន្ទីរតំបន់ ខ្លឹមសារនៃការប្រជុំគឺ ស្ដាប់សេចក្ដី រាយការណ៍ពីសភាពការណ៍និងទិសការងារចំពោះមុខ ។ ១៩៧៤ សំ ទទួលខុសត្រូវខាងយោធាតំបន់ ៣៣ ត្រូវសង្ស័យថាក្បត់ដោយមាន ការឆ្លើយដាក់ពីក្រោម ពេលនោះតាឌុច, តាសុខ ថាត្រូវតែចាប់ សំ តែដោយមាន អុន ជាខ្នង សំ ក៏រួចខ្លួន តែអុនបានដកចេញពីយោធា ហើយមកកាន់ខាងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់វិញ ដើម្បីអោយ ឌុច និង សុខ ស្ងប់ចិត្ដ។ ក្រោយមក សំត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួន ឯអុនត្រូវបានដកចេញ ពីដំណែងលេខាទំបន់ ៣៣ ។ ក្រោយមកកងបានទទួលមើលសភាពការ ខាងតាកែវ ជឿនខាង កំពត ឯទិសដៅការងារថ្មីគឺ សំរុកធ្វើចលនា គៀងគរប្រជាជន និងបំផុសឱ្យរត់ពីភូមិមួយទៅភូមិមួយទៀតទន្ទឹម និងនេះឆ្កឹះទំនាស់ ហើយខំពង្រឹងខ្សែចាត់តាំងឡើងវិញ ។ ឯកសានេះដែរមានមនុស្សមួយចំនួនជាប់ក្នុងចម្លីយខ្មាំងរបស់អាចារ្យ កង ដែរ ។
