In 1964, Heang Srun served for CIA through Mei Man, teacher, and Saom Pang. Through the nomination of Mei Man and Saom Pang, Srun connected CIA network with Phon, Khan and Bol. Srun worked at office 75 at Chraing Chamreh. With Aok being a nominator, Srun related CIA network with Thuon, chief of office 75 at Chraing Chamreh. In February 1977, Tim called upon his network to implement the plans suchas destroying the party's materials, convincing men and women of morality at ministry of state garment and recruiting more forces to be implemented. After the meeting, Srun contacted the old network and conducted activities such as destroying sewing machine and convincing women of having sexual conduct with soldiers. On 6 May 1978, Angkar arrested him. There was a name list of network implicated in the confession of Srun and plan shown of the whereabouts.
ឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៤ ហ៊ាង ស្រ៊ុន បានចូលបំរើក្នុងភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់ សេអ៊ីអា តាមរយៈឈ្មោះ មី ម៉ាន គ្រូបងៀន និងសោម ប៉ាង ។ តាមការ ឧទេ្ទសនាមរបស់ មីម៉ាន និងសោមប៉ាង ស្រ៊ុនភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ សេអ៊ីអា ជាមួយ ផុន, ខន, បុល ។ ដល់ខែ៦-១៩៧៥ ស្រុនមកនៅមន្ទី ៧៥ ច្រាំងចំរិះ អោក បានឧទេ្ទសនាម ឱ្យស្រុន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ សេអ៊ីអា ជាមួយ ធួន ប្រធានមន្ទីរ ៧៥ ច្រាំងចំរិះ ។ រហូតដល់ ១៩៧៧ ខែ ២ ទឹម បានហៅបក្សពួកប្រជុំឱ្យអនុវត្ដ ផែនការដូចជាបំផ្លាញ សំភារៈរបស់បក្ស បំផុសសីលធម៌នារី បុរស នៅក្រសួងកាត់ដេររដ្ឋ ប្រមូលកំលាំងឱ្យបានច្រើនទុកវាយបដិវត្ដន៍។ បន្ទាប់ពីប្រជុំហើយ ស្រុនបានដើរទាក់ទងខ្សែចាស់ និងធ្វើសកម្មភាព បំផ្លាញគ្រឿង ម៉ាស៊ីនកាត់ដេរ បំផុសឱ្យនារីខូចសីលធម៌ជាមួយ យុទ្ធជនជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី៦-៥-១៩៧៨ ត្រូវអង្គការ ចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង។ នៅក្នុងឯកសារនេះមានបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះ បក្សពួក ដែលជាប់ក្នុង ចមេ្លិយរបស់ ស្រ៊ុន និងប្លង់ដែលបង្ហាញពីទីកន្លែងលាក់ខ្លួន។
