Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of division 502, admitted that in 1974, Phin, working at military strategy school 102, region 33, was a network, who had been waiting to receive traitorous forces from Moeun in region 25 so as to carry out traitorous activities in battalion 102. In 1974, Phin and Set received 5 traitorous activities from Moeun.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ភិន កាលពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ បចេ្ចកទេសយោធា ១០២ តំបន់ ៣៣ ជាអ្នកចាំទទួលកម្លាំងក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ មឿន នៅតំបន់ ២៥ ឱ្យមកធ្វើសកម្មភាពនៅវរសេនាតូច ១០២។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ ភិន និង សិត ទទួលកម្លាំងក្បត់ពី មឿន ចំនួន ៥ នាក់។
