Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of division 502, confessed that in 1974, Nhim, cadre of company 102, region 33, took plan from Set to expand traitorous forces increasingly, to convince combatant to defect the battlefield, and to destroy the Angkar's weapon and ammunition.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ញឹម កាលពី ១៩៧៤ ជាកម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ ១០២ តំបន់ ៣៣ បានទទួលផែនការពី សិត ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងបន្ថែមទៀត បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលសមរភូមិ និងបំផ្លាញអាវុធ-គ្រាប់ របស់អង្គការ។
