It was reported that Sieng Kheang, first sergeant in persuing group of battalion 284, had quarreled with first deputy commander over guns to be provided to soldiers in office of Baray district. Sieng Kheang tried shooting a SMBA gun but it did not work. So he dropped the gun and suddenly the gun went off and shot the major lieutenant on his right shouder, who was standing in 60-metre distance and he died. Also, it was reported that the above perpetrator was sent to court for trial.
ក្នុងសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍នេះបានលើកឡើងពីឈ្មោះ សៀង ឃាង ជា ពលបាលទោកងវរសេនាតូច២៨៤ នៃកងប្រដេញ បានឈ្លោះប្រកែក គ្នាជាមួយមិត្ដជានាយទាហានរងមួយនាក់អំពើរឿងកាំភ្លើង ដែលត្រូវ បែងចែកឱ្យពលទាហាន សម្រាប់ការពារទីបញ្ជាការដែលមានទីតាំងនៅ ក្នុងសាលាស្រុកបារាយណ៍។ នៅពេលកំពុងតែ ឈ្លោះ ជននេះបាន ទាញយកកាំភ្លើងអេស.អ៊ឹម.បេ.អា១ដើមមកបាញ់តែបាញ់មិនចេញ ពេលនោះគេក៏បោះកាំភ្លើងទៅដីចោល។ រំពេចនោះកាំភ្លើងក៏ផ្ទុះ ចេញមួយគ្រាប់ ហើយហើរទៅត្រូវចំលោកអនុសេនីយ៍ត្រី គង់ថាន់ ចំដើមដៃខាងឆេ្វង រួចធ្លាយទៅស្លាបប្រជៀវខាងស្ដាំ ដែលកំពុង ឈរនៅចម្ងាយប្រហែលជា៦០ម៉ែត្រពីជនដៃដល់ ហើយគាត់ក៏ស្លាប់ នៅនឹងកន្លែង។ សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍នេះត្រូវបានបញ្ជូន ទៅនាយអគ្គ សេនាធិការយោធាជាតិ ដើម្បីបញ្ជូនជននេះទៅតុលាការ ដើម្បីផ្ដន្ទាទោសតាមច្បាប់។
