Summary / Abstract :
|
David Hawk supported the meeting of political parties in Jakarta who have accepted the five proposals as the basis for future negotiations on a comprehensive resolution of the Cambodian conflict. However, he denied the membership of Khmer Rouge leader Son Senn in Supreme National Council, for he thought that it is apparent that the principles of accountability for mass murder have been completelysuspended.
