David Hawk has sent a letter to Michael Vickery, Center for Asia Studies. The letter said "Index on Censorship has sent your letter of 16 January to me for response. I didn't think they often or usually printed reader letters. At least there were no readers letters section in the January 1986 and some of the other issues I had seen."
