Phuong, worker of Takhmau tyre factory, joined the C.I.A in 1972, under the nomination of Sieng Kim Doeuk and the acceptation of Pin Thon. After April 17, 1975 he 1975 he linked with C.I.A network of Pin Thon, carried out anti-revolutionary activities with Prakk Sary's group, and indirectly criticized the revolution for implementing dictatorship, prohibiting the people's freedom, and leading the country and the people toward the poverty.
ភួង កម្មកររោងចក្រកង់ឡានតាខ្មៅ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ដែលមានអ្នកនាំចូលឈ្មោះ សៀង គឹមឌឿក និងអ្នកទទួល ស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ ពិន ថុន។ ក្រោយ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានភ្ជាបខ្សែ រយៈសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយពីន ថុន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពកុ្នងក្រុមប្រាក់សាវី បាន ឃោសនាវាយប្រហារអង្គការបដិវត្ដថាផ្ដាច់ការ បំបិទសិទិ្ធសេរីភាព ធ្វើឱ្យប្រទេសជាតិ និងប្រជាជនធ្លាក់ក្រតោកយ៉ាក។
