Dith Pran, Haing Ngor and Kassie Neou confirmed Mr. Ahmed that they had completed the translations into Khmer of many of the relevant international human rights instruments, which would be of use in enabling the UN to initiate the human rights education and oversight mandate assigned to UNTAC in the comprehensive Political Settlement Agreement.
