Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-98, confessed that in September 1976 Heang, chief of blood testing group of P-98, received the plot from Rom, chief of surgery section, to kill cadre and soldiers who came to have treatment in hospital P-98. Heang also assigned to steal medicines and medical instrument, and to provoke conflict between one unit to another.
ផ្លុង នាត ហៅ ធី យុទ្ធជន ព-៩៨ ឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ ហ៊ាង ប្រធានក្រុមពិនិត្យឈាម ព-៩៨ ថា នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦ ហ៊ាង ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី រ៉ុម ប្រធានវះកាត់។ អោយសម្លាប់ កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជនដែលមកព្យាបាលជំងឺនៅព-៩៨។ បានលួចថ្នាំ និងសម្ភារៈពេទ្យ បង្កទំនាស់ពីអង្គភាពមួយទៅអង្គភាពមួយ។
