Summary / Abstract :

On 7 April 1987, Mr. Kassie Neou, Dith Pran, Yang Sam, Haing Ngor, and Arn Chorn sent a letter to Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, Wilfried Martens. The letter talked about the Cambodian people were survivors of Pol Pot regime and needed Kingdom of Belgium to responded and took action against the Khmer Rouge.
