One day I saw the Chhlong women's association president go to a meeting, a party meeting. I said to my daughter: 'Maybe there is a circular you could go and get, now that they have gone to the meeting.' She found a book. The meeting lasted three days and [she]then went to the base(s). I secretly read the book and saw: 'Region 24 - CIA, Japan, France, Russia, Vietnam... Arrested Chhouk, Chan Chakrey, Soc Sen, Pen Sopheap, Chum Choeun, Veng, Sary...' eight people.
