Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-98, confessed that in 1976 Uon, female soldier of P-98, received the plot form woman Khoeun, chief of small cell, to provoke problem, to destroy medical instrument and plants, and to join a meeting to review the traitorous activity result in the past.
