Summary / Abstract :

On the gathering of the government in Paris at the International Conference on Cambodia, Dith Pran called on the conference participants to include the international human rights declaration and conventions such as the Universal Declaration, the covenants on human right and the genocide convention among the guarantees of the international conference. Another article in Bangkok Post dated Monday April 17, 1989 talked that Khmer factions urged to sign human rights accord.
