Phlong Neat aka Thy, soldier of P-98, confessed that in September 1976 Moeun, female soldier of P-98, attended to receive the plot from Rom, chief of surgery group, to kill cadre and soldiers who came to have treatment in hospital P-98, to steal medicines and medical instrument, and to provoke problem from one unit to another.
ផ្លុង នាត ហៅ ធី យុទ្ធជន ព-៩៨ ឆ្លើយ សារភាពពី មឿន យុទ្ធនារី ព-៩៨ ថានៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦ មឿន ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពី រ៉ុម ប្រធានក្រុមវះកាត់ អោយសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជន នៅព្យាបាលជំងឺ ព-៩៨ លួចថ្នាំពេទ្យ សម្ភារៈ និងបង្កទំនាស់ពី អង្គភាពមួយទៅអង្គភាពមួយ។
