Nuon Voeun aka Tieng, 30, of Kanleng Meas village, Sambour Meas sub-district, Kampong Siem district, region 41, was convinced by Sat, chief of rubber plantation, to enter the revolution in 1964 and Yavakak in 1967 and the party in 1968. In 1969, he was incarcerated and met with Lin, deputy secretary of Baray district, and Kou. After returning from grass clearing, sergeant Man convinced him to be a spy to trace the revolutionary activities in the prison and was integrated into CIA through Sbaong Vaphea, captain Man. In 1970, he was released and contacted Tieng, Lin and Kou to search for the network infiltrating into the revolution. From 1972 to 1974, Doeun assigned Tieng to chief of Skang Kranhang village by relating the treacherous network with Lin and Doeun. After that, he connected Sat.In 1974, Sat was transferred to Chamkar Andaung rubber plantation. Chhoeun came to replace him. Sat introduced Chhoeun to network of Tieng. After the liberation, Tieng and his network continued to conduct activities successively against the revolution and build up traitors. On 1 October 1977, Angkar made his arrest.
នួន រឿន ហៅ ទៀង អាយុ ៣០ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិកន្លែងរមាស ឃុំសំបួរមាស ស្រុកកំពង់សៀម តំបន់ ៤១ ត្រូវបាន សាត ប្រធានចំការកៅស៊ូអូសទាញឱ្យចូលបដិវត្ដន៍នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៤ និងបញ្ចូលយុវកក ១៩៦៧ បញ្ចូលបក្ស ១៩៦៨ ។ ១៩៦៩ ជាប់គុក ឈ្មោះ លីន អនុលេខាស្រុកបារាយ និង គូ ជាប់គុកដែរ ពេលចេញមកធ្វើស្មៅ សេព ម៉ន អូសទាញឱ្យ ធ្វើគិញរាជការដើម្បីតាមដានសកម្មភាពបដិវត្ដន៍ក្នុងគុកផង ហើយត្រូវបានស្បោងវ៉ា ភា, សក្ដិបី ម៉ន បញ្ចូលជា សេអ៊ីអា ។ ១៩៧០ ចេញពីគុក ហើយ ទៀង, លីន និង គូ បានទាក់ទងគ្នា ជាប់ស្រាវជ្រាវរកខ្សែដែលចេញទៅបង្កប់ក្នុងបដិវត្ដន៍ មុនៗ។ ១៩៧២-១៩៧៥ ឌឿន ចាត់តាំង ទៀង ធ្វើជាប្រធានភូមិ ស្ពង់ក្រញ៉ាង ដោយភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ទៅ លីន និង ឌឿន ។ បន្ទាប់មកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ សាត ដល់ ១៩៧៤ សាត ផ្លាសទៅ ចំការកៅស៊ូចំការអណ្ដូង ឈឿន មកជំនួសពេលនោះ សាត បានឧទេ្ទសនាម ឈឿន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈជាមួយ ទៀង ។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ទៀង និងបក្សពួកបានបន្ដសកម្មភាពជាបន្ដ បន្ទាប់ក្នុងការប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី ១-១០-១៩៧៧ ក៏ត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង ។
