Nut Lay, soldier of division 502 and a native of Prambei Mum Kraom, joined the revolution in 1973. In 1974, Lay worked at Region 32 and then division 11. After that, Lay worked with Khean, soldier of division 502. Khean assigned Lay to work lazily and to convince soldiers against cadre, and to destroy 100-milimeter artillery.
នុត ឡាយ យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៥០២ ជាអ្នកស្រុកប្រាំបីមុំក្រោម ចូលធ្វើបដិវត្ដក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅកងតំបន់ ៣២ បន្ទាប់មកនៅកងពល ១១។ ក្រោយមកមកទៀតនៅជាមួយ ឃាន កងពល ៥០២។ ឃាន បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យឡាយ ខ្ចិលធ្វើការ ឱ្យបំផុស យុទ្ធជនឱ្យទំនាស់ជាមួយកម្មាភិបាលនិងបំផ្លាញកាំភ្លើង ១០០ មីលី ម៉ែត្រ។
