Nop Khun aka Pheap, soldier of battalion 117, confessed that in 1974, he assigned Phal, soldier of company 705 in Northern zone, to oppose to the Angkar's plan, to defeat the front line in battlefield, to persuade combatants to escape from front line and surrender to enemies, to destroy ammunition, and to split up the secret in battlefield. Moreover, Phal used to join the meeting and reported on the total traitorous activities with Sang [was arrested].
ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច១១៧ បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនបាន ដាក់ផែនការក្បត់ឱ្យឈ្មោះ ផល់ កាលពី ១៩៧៤ យុទ្ធជន ភាគឧត្ដរ ប្រឆាំងនិងផែនការដែលអង្គការដាក់ចុះ។ នៅក្នុងសមរភូមិធ្វើឱ្យដាច់ ខ្សែត្រៀម បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចូលខ្មាំង បំផ្លាញគ្រាប់ និងធ្វើឱ្យបែក ការណ៍នៅកុ្នងសមរភូមិ និងចូលរួមសរុបផែនការណ៍ក្បត់ ជាមួយ សាង «ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ»។
