Nop Khun aka Pheap, working at battalion 117, confessed that Vann, chief of region 35 hospital, northern zone, received the plot from Pheap to persuade soldier to be frightened the battlefield, to provoke conflict in hospital by giving injection in order to kill soldiers and cadre and to convince former farmer not to support the front line. Vann received the plot from Phan to disagree with the Angkar's plans and to persuade soldiers to join enemy's movement.
ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច ១១៧ បានសារភាពពី វ៉ាន់ ប្រធានមន្ទីរពេទ្យ តំបន់ ៣៥ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ថាៈ បានទទួលផែនការ ពី ភាព អោយបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយខ្លាចសមរភូមិ បំផុសទំនាស់ក្នុង មន្ទីរពេទ្យ ចាក់ថ្នាំសម្លាប់យុទ្ធជន និងកម្មាភិបាល បំផុសកសិករចាស់ មិនអោយឧបត្ថម្ភសមរភូមិមុខ។ ទទួលផែនការពី ផន អោយប្រឆាំង ផែនការអង្គការ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ចូលខ្មាំង។
