Nop Khun aka Pheap, soldier of battalion 117, confessed that in 1974, Chhan received traitorous plan from him to oppose to the Angkar's plan, to cut off the front line in battlefield, to convince combatants to surrender to the enemies, to shoot wastefully, and to break up the secret in battlefield.
ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច ១១៧ បាននិយាយថា ខ្លួនបាន ដាក់ផែនការក្បត់ឱ្យឈ្មោះ ឆន កាលពី ១៩៧៤ អនុសេនាធំ ៣០២ ឧត្ដរ ឱ្យប្រឆាំងផែនការអង្គការដាក់ចុះ កុ្នងសមរភូមិ ធ្វើឱ្យដាច់ខ្សែ ត្រៀម បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចូលខ្មាំង បាញ់បំផ្លាញគ្រាប់ និងធ្វើឱ្យ បែកការណ៍នៅកុ្នងសមរភូមិ។
