Cambodia: Report from the high command of the Khmer People's National Liberation Front (KPNLF)Army says that on 20 February, KPNLF troops of the 2d and 6th operational region, with the support of the KPNLF high command artillery fire, clashed with 300 Vietnamese-Heng Samrin soldiers, backed by artillery pieces and four T.54 tanks, near Preav village in Serei Saophoan district, Battambang province.
