The discussion was about the cases of nicaragua and costa rica, but then they refered to the situation in southeast asia, where the long war wage by the united state against the people of vietnam and kampuchea had left bloody marks. the article also states the vietnamese cruelty towards kampuchean. vietnamese hordes destroyed everything in their path, massacred the population, plundered the cropsand took then to vietnam, and destroyed the cultural treasures of kampuchea.
