Kong Dum aka Muon, a district chief in Preah Vihear region (103), was arrested and detained in centre
S-21 by Angkar for his betrayal. In his confession he described his personal background and activities before and after the liberation day such as: holding meeting with the participation of traitor leader and other district chiefs in Rovieng district. Also, the name lists of traitors had been seized by Angkar and some of them were arrested.
គង់ ឌំ ហៅ មួន មានតួនាទីជាលេខាស្រុករវៀង ក្នុងតំបន់ព្រះវិហារ (១០៣)។ ជននេះត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនយកទៅឃុំនៅមន្ទីរ ស-២១ ពីបទក្បត់នឹងអង្គការ។ ក្នុងចម្លើយសារភាពនេះសាមុីជនបាន ឆ្លើយអំពីប្រវត្ដិ និងសកម្មភាពក្បត់របស់ខ្លួនតាំងពីមុនថ្ងៃរំដោះរហូត ដល់ក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះដូចជាៈ ការទំនាក់ទនងជាមួយមេក្បត់ប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដដោយមានរៀបចំផែនការណ៍ប្រជុំនៅស្រុករវៀង ដោយមាន ចូលរួមពីបណ្ដាគណៈស្រុកមួយចំនួន ជាពិសេសគឺ បញ្ជីឈ្មោះខ្សែ រយៈក្បត់ដែលធ្វើការជាមួយសាម៉ីជន ដែលក្នុងនោះមានខ្លះត្រូវបាន អង្គការចាប់បាន។
