ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច ១១៧ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពី រ៉ែម វរសេនាតូច សៀមរាប ថាៈ បាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំង និង អង្គការ ឈប់កៀររប្រជាជនអោយចូលទ័ព និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ទៅផ្ទះ។
