Nop Khun aka Pheap, working at battalion 117, confessed that Phan, working at Otdar Meanchey [region], assigned his network to oppose to the enemy fighting's plan which was nominated by the Angkar, to persuade soldiers to flee from their line and to break information at the battlefields.
ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច ១១៧ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពី ឈ្មោះ ផន វរសេនាធំឧត្ដរមានជ័យ ថាៈ បានដាក់ផែនការក្បត់ អោយបក្សពួកធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងផែនការវាយខ្មាំង។ បំផុស យុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ចោលជួរ និងធ្វើអោយបែកការនៅសមរភូមិ។
