Nop Khun aka Pheap, soldier of battalion, unit 117, conceded that Boeung, deputy chief of unit 705 group, received his traitorous plan to oppose to the Angkar's plan set in 1974, to cause the frontline defeated, and to break out all information at the frontline. Boeung persuaded soldiers to surrender to the enemy and to shoot the enemy that deliberately missed them so as to waste bullets.
