Nop Chin, worker of Takhmau tyre factory, joined the C.I.A in 1974, under the nomination and the acceptation of Chheang Sa-im. After April 17, 1975 he 1975 he linked with C.I.A network of Pin Thon and carried out anti-revolutionary activities with Prakk Sary's group.
ណុប ជិន កម្មកររោងចក្រកង់ឡានតាខ្មៅ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអាឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ ដែលមានអ្នកនាំចូលនិងអ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ ឈាង សាអ៊ីម។ ក្រោយ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានមកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយ ពិន ថុន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដកុ្នងក្រុម ប្រាក់ សាវី។
