Nou Sophal aka Phat, Member of Fishing Company, Division 310, confessed that in June 1976, Moch, chief of Kakoh sub-district, Santuk district, Kampong Thom province, joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Yoeut and Yoeun to steal medicines from hospital P-31, to build up treacherous forces, and to assign networks to steal medicines. Moch received medicines and two sacks of rice stolen by Yoeun and kept them for preparing to fight the revolution. After that, Moch received plan from Yoeut and Yoeun to destroy Prek Pneou ferry, to ambush [the revolutionary forces]to take their guns, devastate arsenals, to assassinate cadres, and to ruin some equipment in other places.
នូ សុផល ហៅ ផាត អនុសេនាធំនេសាទត្រី កងពល ៣១០បាន ឆ្លើយថា នៅខែ៦ ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួន និង ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុច ប្រធានឃុំកកោះ ស្រុកសន្ទុក ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពី យឿត និង យឿន ឱ្យលួចថ្នាំពេទ្យពី ព-៣១ កសាងកម្លាំង និង ចាត់តាំងបក្សពួកឱ្យលួចថ្នាំពេទ្យ។ ម៉ុច បានលួច ថ្នាំពេទ្យ និងអង្ករ ចំនួន ២ បាវ ពី យឿន ទុកត្រៀមសំរាប់ ផែនការវាយ បដិវត្ដ។ បន្ទាប់មក ម៉ុច ទទួលផែនការពី យឿត និង យឿន ឱ្យកំទេច សាឡាងព្រែកព្នៅ ឈ្លបវាយយកអាវុធ កំទេចឃ្លាំង អាវុធសម្លាប់ កម្មាភិបាល និងបំផ្លាញទីកន្លែងផេ្សងៗទៀតជាច្រើន។
